Maximum overnight occupancy is eight (8) guests. This limit may not be exceeded. Daytime visitors are permitted provided all noise, parking, and community rules are followed.

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep conversations, music, and gatherings at respectful levels at all times.

Guests are provided one (1) key fob and one (1) garage door opener. These must be returned to their original location at check-out. Lost or unreturned items may result in replacement charges.

Do not throw items from balconies or windows. Hanging towels, laundry, or clothing from balconies or windows is not permitted. Patios and balconies may not be used for storage. Clotheslines are prohibited.

Guests may park only in the designated parking spaces assigned to Unit 302. Do not block driveways, other parking spots, or access points. Visitor parking is available in designated or public parking areas. No idling in garages. Motorhomes, campers, and tents are not allowed.

Major vehicle repairs are not allowed. Minor repairs must be completed within three (3) hours. Oil changes, fluid draining, and vehicle washing are prohibited.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo unit, on balconies, and in all common areas.

Please keep the condo clean and free of trash. Bag garbage securely and place it in the designated bins across from the parking garage entrance. Recycling boxes must be flattened.

Pets are not permitted inside the condo unit or common areas.

No fireworks. No tents, campers, or RV hookups. No vehicle washing or major vehicle repairs. No hanging laundry outdoors. No charcoal grills on decks or balconies.
